REQUIREMENTS

We are hiring for a Foreman. This job requires at least 3-5 years technical knowledge of sprinkler systems (5-7 years for Foreman II), people management skills, self motivation, strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of equipment used on the job (lifts, drills, power machine, etc.), knowledge of safety and emergency procedures and is able to adapt to unforeseen problems and conditions. This position is physically demanding and requires an able-bodied individual who can lift, move, carry, load and unload materials, machinery and tools on a regular basis.
